Waking up to birdsong next to a pine forest and admiring the closeness of nature from a pleasantly shaded terrace is truly something special. Peace, quiet, birds, deer, forest mushrooms, fresh air, and woodland—there is no shortage of these here!

The newly built Őrségi Szalma Guesthouse is a completely detached, private house welcoming guests in Szalafő. The guesthouse accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Bed linen, duvet covers, and towels (2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest) are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine (with filters, coffee, and sugar), cookware, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid, and wooden chopping boards.

In keeping with traditional Őrség building customs, the property is not fenced and the yard is open. The house features a large, covered terrace overlooking the garden and forest, a fire pit, and free parking for two cars.

On the covered terrace, guests can enjoy a 3-person outdoor infrared sauna and a 4-person outdoor hot tub, while the garden also offers a gazebo, bacon-roasting area, and an outdoor dining space—all designed to ensure complete relaxation.
