Süni-Lak

Fedémes is a small village of 300 residents on the northern side of the Mátra Mountains, located in a picturesque valley of the Heves-Borsodi Hills surrounding the Pétervására Basin, along the Fedémesi stream, with excellent air quality. The area offers numerous hiking opportunities. The guesthouse accommodates 2+2 guests (one double bed and one pull-out bed, all in one room) and has its own 900 m² courtyard, which is private for guests only. The house includes a 20 m² covered terrace with outdoor grilling facilities. Parking is available in the courtyard.

The cottage’s style and atmosphere evoke the past, combining the charm of grandparents’ homes with fully renovated modern furnishings. It is located in a quiet setting, making it ideal for couples who want to escape from the world for a while. The house is fully equipped, with a spacious bathroom featuring a shower (hairdryer, clothes dryer, washing machine) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee and tea maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas stove, electric grill). The room includes bedding and towels, as well as TV and WiFi. During the summer, the pleasant cool indoor temperature is maintained by the 50 cm thick adobe walls.

Guests can relax in the Finnish sauna, barrel bath, and jacuzzi. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the house. SZÉP card is accepted.
