The guesthouse is located in Szalánta, on a 10-hectare wooded estate by the shore of a 3-hectare lake, in a მშვიდ and nature-close environment. From the spacious terrace, guests can enjoy a stunning view of Tenkes Hill. The building was designed with comfort in mind, making it an ideal choice for up to 8 guests. The 110 m² house, situated on a fenced property, offers safe and undisturbed relaxation.

The guesthouse features a 40 m² common area combining a kitchen and dining space, as well as two triple rooms, each with a private bathroom. The air-conditioned building has a 4-sunflower rating, and WiFi is also available. Relaxation is further supported by a home library, a play corner, and various board and indoor games.

In the garden, guests can find a well-equipped relaxation area, an outdoor cooking and grilling space, and sports facilities such as badminton, darts, and fitness equipment. A jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna are also available for guests’ comfort. Fishing enthusiasts are provided with a private lake, a fishing pier, and fishing equipment. In addition, bicycle rental, Nordic walking poles, and hiking and sports equipment are available, ensuring all conditions for an active отдых.
