The building is partially sunken, air-conditioned, insulated, and winterized, ensuring comfortable stays throughout the year.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen, from which two bathrooms and two bedrooms are accessible. The attic is fitted with a double bed and two sofa beds, complemented with a television and air conditioning. Under the covered terrace, a 5-person light-therapy jacuzzi awaits guests, offering spectacular views of the Holt-Körös; in winter, the terrace can be closed with a transparent tarpaulin.

The garden features a 3×5 m heated pool with a sunbathing area, and the large landscaped yard includes a log playground with a slide, climbing frame, and swing. A trampoline, foosball table, and hanging chair are also available, and sun loungers can be rented for additional relaxation.
