On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a bathroom opening from the living room, as well as a covered terrace enclosed with glass tarpaulin available for guests. The upper floor can be accessed via a comfortable staircase, where two separate rooms open from a hallway, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the terrace, there is a 5-person jacuzzi that can be used even in winter, while right next to it a 4-person Finnish sauna provides additional relaxation. The 12-meter-wide, developed waterfront with a pier, boat, and pedal boat is ideal for fishing and water activities, and there is also the possibility for cauldron cooking. In the garden, there is a log-wood playground with a slide, climbing frame, and swing, ensuring entertainment for children. The 5x3 meter swimming pool equipped with an industrial water circulation system, as well as a separate children’s pool, provides extra comfort during the summer season. The enclosed parking area can be accessed from the street and offers space for up to 5 cars.

The holiday home can be booked without catering, but it is fully equipped, including kitchen utensils, refrigerator, television, satellite TV, bed linen, and heating.
