The guesthouse awaits its guests in Őriszentpéter, one of the friendly and quiet settlements of the Őrség region. The accommodation can host a total of 6 people, making it an ideal choice for family holidays or smaller groups of friends. At any given time, only one booking party occupies the entire house, ensuring undisturbed relaxation. On the upper floor of the building, there are two rooms, each with access to a bathroom and a wardrobe area. The ground floor features a living room with a dining area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. This area is connected to a spacious, partly covered terrace overlooking the entire garden, making it an excellent place for summer evening relaxation, conversations, or shared games. Board games and playing cards are also available for guests.

In the garden, next to the covered outdoor seating area, there is a fire pit, a cauldron cooking area, and barbecue facilities. On the shore of the garden pond, there is a Finnish sauna house that provides relaxation and rejuvenation. The approximately 6,000 m² property is bordered by forest, so it is not uncommon for deer to appear nearby. Stepping out of the house, guests can reach forest or meadow paths within a short walk, which are ideal for hiking. Nearby, just a 1–2 minute walk away, there is a breakfast place offering products from local producers, available with prior reservation. The accommodation also provides local information booklets and program guides to help guests discover current and permanent attractions in the area. Several lakes suitable for swimming and fishing can be found nearby, and a wide range of thermal baths and adventure spas are also available in the region.
