This modern, newly built, single-storey holiday home is a perfect choice for guests seeking rest and relaxation. Set on a 700 m² plot with a 16-metre-wide private waterfront, the guesthouse accommodates 6+2 guests and features three separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. The spacious living room and open-plan American-style kitchen provide all the comforts needed to feel at home.

Facing the waterfront, a cozy covered terrace opens up with comfortable outdoor furniture. In the enclosed yard, guests can enjoy an above-ground swimming pool, a six-person jacuzzi, and a wooden playground. A traditional outdoor cooking area (bogrács) offers the perfect setting for pleasant evening barbecues. At the water’s edge, a private pier, a boat, a pedal boat, and shoreline lighting complete the relaxation experience.

The guesthouse is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a water supply from a drilled well. The water is suitable for bathing and showering but is not drinking water, so guests are kindly asked to provide their own drinking water in advance.
