The guesthouse was established in 2015 in a quiet, undisturbed forest environment on the Great Plain, where the proximity of nature ensures peaceful relaxation. The building features three separate rooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a spacious shared living room and kitchen area, providing comfortable accommodation for a total of 8 guests. A large covered terrace is also available for guests, where they can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the fresh forest air and birdsong. The accommodation is equipped with modern facilities, including a television, internet access, a well-equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, and bed linen, and it is heated, ensuring year-round usability.

In 2019, the services were further expanded with the creation of a separate apartment house, offering modern accommodation with a private bathroom and kitchen for an additional 2 guests. The new building also includes a covered terrace with cooking and dining facilities, as well as a separate entrance wellness area, where a 6-person massage pool and a combined infrared and Finnish sauna provide relaxation with panoramic views of the acacia forest. Guests can enjoy a wide range of active leisure activities, such as horse riding, bicycle rental, table tennis, badminton, and various outdoor games. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, fishing, and horse-drawn carriage tours, and also offers barbecue facilities. The accommodation has a family-friendly atmosphere and is located on a fenced, landscaped property, ensuring safe and peaceful relaxation for its guests. Assistance is available at the reception in Hungarian, English, and German, and payment can be made in cash or with SZÉP cards.
