On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a five-bed family room with its own air conditioning and bathroom. Upstairs are four rooms, two of which have double beds, and two have 3-3 couches. In front of the building is a covered, heated terrace with a glass tarpaulin in a circle, with a summer kitchen and a Finnish sauna opening from the terrace. In the yard, a swimming pool heated by a solar collector, equipped with a polycarbonate thermo roof. The eight-person Canadai Coast-Spas jacuzzi located in the waterside pagoda provides comfort. Log playground and trampoline for children. A 12-meter-wide built-up beach with a fence for the protection of children, which includes a boat, a pedal boat, a covered fishing table with benches, shore lighting. Closed parking for four cars.
