There are 4 separate rooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a Finnish sauna. On the waterfront side of the building there is a covered, round glass-covered terrace with a summer kitchen and a jacuzzi. The waterfront part of the yard is fenced to protect children. Waterfront built, equipped with a large pier, boats, pedal boats. The courtyard has a large pool heated by solar panels and a children’s pool. Next to it is a wooden children's playground and a landscaped enclosed yard. They provide closed parking for 4 cars.
