The guesthouse is located in the center of the village of Mende, in a rural environment but still close to Budapest. Thanks to its central location, a restaurant, shop, and tobacco shop can be found in the immediate vicinity. There are several riding stables operating in the settlement, where guests have the opportunity to ride horses or go on carriage rides. The village also offers a lookout tower and a nature trail for those who enjoy excursions. The guesthouse has 3 four-person apartments and 2 two-person apartments, each with its own private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The living rooms and bedrooms of the apartments are equipped with televisions, while the kitchens include, among other things, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Free WiFi access and the use of a washing machine are also available for guests. The building is air-conditioned and partially accessible, and a room and bathroom suitable for guests with reduced mobility are also available. The guesthouse has its own parking area.

The accommodation also includes a horse farm with its own stable and paddock, where visitors can learn about the keeping of domestic and farm animals. Guests can relax and enjoy their free time with ping pong, table tennis, badminton, table football, and darts. In addition, transfer services, as well as regional dishes and local products, are also available.
