The guesthouse is located in Zengővárkony, in the Eastern Mecsek region at the foot of Zengő, just 18 km from Pécs, making it an ideal place to experience the tranquility of the countryside. The 6,000 m² garden offers numerous opportunities for relaxation, including a sauna, a wooden tub bath, and a swimming pool. The house accommodates up to 9 guests, with three rooms available: two double rooms and one family room, along with two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining area. Although the house is situated in the attic, the central air conditioning keeps it pleasantly cool during the summer.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The large garden also features an outdoor barbecue and cooking area, while children can enjoy the playground, trampoline, swing, and a small paddling pool. The house provides storage for sports, fishing, and hiking equipment, as well as space for strollers. Guests can also enjoy the herb and fruit gardens, as well as demonstrations of traditional folk crafts, such as egg painting.

The accommodation has a four-sunflower rating and offers special experiences such as wine and pálinka tasting, as well as a visitable wine cellar.
