The holiday house is located in Alsónána, a quiet small village among the Szekszárd wine hills, 12 km from Szekszárd. The house is available for booking year-round. In summer, guests can enjoy complete relaxation in the large, well-kept garden, while in winter, the warmth and gentle crackling of the fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. The property is an independent small farmhouse that can be booked as a whole, allowing guests to relax undisturbed along with the garden. The accommodation is ideal for 2–4 people, suitable for friends, couples, and families with children. For families with young children, a crib, baby bathtub, and high chair are also provided.

The garden features a slide, swing, sandbox, and paddling pool for the youngest guests, along with a fire pit, barbecue, sun loungers, and garden furniture for added comfort. The large grassy area is decorated with fruit trees, an herb garden, and flowers, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Guests can also order a rural breakfast, prepared from fresh local produce, including homemade salami, ham, cheese, eggs, vegetables, jams, honey, pastries, and fruits. The surrounding area offers excellent wineries, scenic hiking trails, historic landmarks, fishing and horse-riding opportunities, as well as the Gemenc forest and its small railway.

The house is an old farmhouse, furnished to reflect traditional rural life, while its renovation preserved a combination of modern taste and countryside charm. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The house provides comfort with satellite TV and free WiFi.
