Három Barát Guesthouse welcomes guests seeking relaxation all year round in Szarvas. One of the town’s internationally renowned attractions is the Szarvas Arboretum. The surrounding area offers excellent leisure activities such as water tours, horse riding, cycling, jogging, and fishing.

Both the ground floor and the upper floor of the guesthouse are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating. The kitchen is fully suitable for storing, preparing, and consuming meals and is equipped with the necessary utensils, as well as a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The bathroom features two shower cabins. From the spacious living room, a 20 m² room can be separated with a folding door if needed; this area also includes a cozy reading nook. The built-in sofa can be unfolded into a 2 × 2 meter bed.

The covered terrace provides a pleasant space for dining or conversations. In the rooms, mattresses covered with sheets are placed in wooden bed frames, and bed linen with covers is provided. Towels (one large and one medium-sized) are supplied for each guest. The Szarvas Water Theatre is located 3.4 km away, while the Arboretum and Mini Hungary are 5 km from the guesthouse.
