The farmhouse, originally built in the 1800s, was renovated in 2011, preserving its traditional style. The guesthouse offers three apartments with separate entrances, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests: two four-bed apartments and one four-bed apartment designed for guests with reduced mobility. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine is also available for guests’ convenience.

The rooms can be equipped with extra beds, making the property ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The guesthouse also features a wellness area with an infrared sauna and a jacuzzi for relaxation. A large, open terrace provides an excellent venue for family gatherings, birthdays, or social events, while a smaller terrace with a rustic atmosphere is perfect for smaller groups or family relaxation. The wine cellar beneath the building offers a cool retreat for guests during the summer months.

In the yard, guests can enjoy cooking outdoors, roasting bacon over an open fire, and barbecuing, with all necessary equipment provided. The garden is equipped with sun loungers, a swing, a hanging chair, books, board games, a foosball table, sports equipment, a sandbox, and a paddling pool for children. Organic apple trees are also planted in the garden, and guests can harvest and taste the fruit during the season.

Exploring the surrounding area, visitors can enjoy full-day programs in nearby Kisvárda, including swimming, museum visits, castle tours, as well as fishing and hunting opportunities.
