This holiday home is located in Békésszentandrás, directly on the waterfront of the Siratói backwater, along the Kenderföldi resort area. The two-storey, air-conditioned holiday house accommodates 10+3 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The building features 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with washbasins and toilets, and a fully equipped open-plan (American-style) kitchen. On the covered terrace, guests can enjoy a summer kitchen, comfortable seating, and a 6-person jacuzzi.
The developed waterfront is suitable for swimming and fishing and includes two large piers.

In the yard there is a 5×3×1.3 m swimming pool connected to a 3×2×0.6 m children’s pool. A 6-person Finnish sauna is located in a cellar lined with antique bricks. Additional amenities include a log playground, volleyball net, pedal boat, rowboat, kettle-cooking area, and a charcoal grill. The building is winterized and free WiFi is available.
