The part of the yard facing the waterfront is protected by a fence to protect children. The waterfront is equipped with a large fishing dock, boat, and paddle boat. In the yard, there is a large pool and a children's pool. Next to it is a log children's playground in a landscaped closed yard. There is a closed parking lot for 4 cars.
