The guesthouse can be found in a large landscaped courtyard surrounded by shady trees. There is also a resting, baking place and a playground in the large courtyard. Garden toys, a sandpit, a paddling pool and other play equipment are also available for children. There is a covered parking lot for 2 cars in the yard. The guest house is decorated with old furniture and features a well-equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom. The building has an apartment with 2 terraces with separate entrances, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a kitchen. Both apartments have a tiled stove and heating. The two apartments can be connected with one door, but of course the two parts of the apartment can be completely separated by closing the door. If the 2 apartments are rented by a larger company, it is also possible to interconnect the apartments. The large living room is suitable for comfortable dining together for up to 8-10 people, as well as for joint conversations in the intimacy of the tiled stove. In the adobe part (apartment I) 3 people (double bed in the bedroom + 1 bed), in the newly expanded part (apartment II) 2 + 2 people (double bed in the bedroom, pull-out sofa for 2 people in the living room) can comfortably relax. An extra bed can be arranged. Both apartments have color TV. The guesthouse is also for rent per apartment.The apartments can be accessed from a separate terrace, so it is possible to relax separately without disturbing each other, but since it is also possible to open them together, even a larger company can enjoy the holiday together. If the apartments with two separate entrances and terraces are occupied by separate families, the residents of the two units can have breakfast separately, without disturbing each other, play party games until late at night, or have a quiet rest after lunch, listen to the forest and the sounds of birds. The guesthouse is surrounded by a large garden (nearly 6000 m2), in which large ornamental and fruit trees provide shade for those staying in the garden, inviting them to picnic. In the garden there is plenty of space for garden games (badminton party, ball games, soccer, hiding, etc.). The garden, which can be lit at night, the paved walkways and sidewalks also provide opportunities for romantic evening programs. The huge rock garden in the yard provides an opportunity to get to know the ornamental plants and herbs in the garden. The goldfish in our garden lake exude serenity. Our oven house serves friendly meals. Nature is our wellness! The equipment of the guest house: The fully equipped kitchens include a fridge, freezer (II.ap.) cooking area, microwave and other electrical appliances, cutlery, plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils. In the yard there is fireplace, cooking facilities, oven, garden pond, garden furniture, bicycles, playground, sandpit, paddling pool. Bed linen and towels are provided for our guests.
