From the upstairs hallway, three rooms open. The Canadai Coast Spas Jacuzzi for 4 people is located on the terrace and is open in winter. 16 meters wide built-up beach with pier, boat, pedal boat, log garden pagoda, kettle. In the yard there is a log playground with a slide, a climbing frame and a swing. The pool is 5x3 meters and is equipped with industrial water circulation equipment. On the street side, there is an enclosed yard of 1,200 square feet.
